-This is the official score that we have been awarded under a National Quality Award Scheme run by the Visit Britain Quality Scheme.

Under the scheme we must observe the Visit Britain code of conduct and submit to annual assessment by the scheme quality inspector. Ratings range from 1 to 5 diamond. All aspects of an establishment are given a 'Quality Score' during the inspection process. To achieve a Quality Standard of 4 diamonds a score of 70%-84% has to be achieved - in essence this means that there has to be an excellent overall level of quality in all areas with customer care and attention to detail always evident.
